摘要
为保护PSM高压脉冲电源的大功率微波管、回旋管和离子源这类负载的安全,要求该电源系统在打火时注入负载的能量非常小,而保护时系统对负载的释能主要由滤波电容和系统分布参数提供。由于滤波电容的储能大小一定,因而多副边绕组变压器的分布参数,尤其是分布电容的大小对该系统的储能大小有极为重要的影响,为清楚了解这一影响,通过仿真分析得到分布电容电压与电源输出电压的对应关系以及系统储能大小与分布电容大小、输出电压的对应关系。根据系统所要求的储能大小确定分布电容的最大值,在此基础上研制了多副边绕组变压器并进行PSM单元的初步调试实验,测得了单元系统的分布电容大小。实验结果表明所研制的多副边绕组变压器的分布电容能够满足该系统的要求,整个系统的构建是合理可行的。
In order to protect the loads of the PSM high voltage pulse power supply,it is necessary to reduce the stored energy of the power supply system.The energy is mainly stored in the output filter and stray capacitances.The energy stored in filter can be calculated easily,so the stray parameters of the multiple secondary windings are important to the whole system,especially the stray capacitance.Some results have been got by simulation.We described the corresponding relation between the stray capacitance voltage and the output DC voltage,and presented the corresponding relation among the stored energy,stray capacitance and output voltage.The maximum value of the stray capacitances can be got from these relations.The multiple secondary windings transformers were developed and one PSM power supply unit was built.The results of the test show that the stray capacitance in the developed transformer can meet the design requirements of the system and the construction of the whole system is reasonable and feasible.
