摘要
对湖南水口山含泥高碱性低品位氧化铜矿,开展了搅拌浸出实验。实验结果表明,在常规条件下,浸出率只有60%左右,加温搅拌浸出可达80%左右;同时得到了最佳浸出条件是:酸的浓度4%,浸出时间36 h,浸出温度30℃,颗粒直径为40目,液体的体积与固体的质量之比为6∶1。
Agitation leaching experiment of a low-grade oxidized copper ore,which is from Shuikoushan Mining Bureau,Hunan province,is high-alkaline and has high content of mud,was carried out.The results of experiment showed that the leaching rate of copper at the normal conditions was only about 60%,but under the conditions of heating and agitating the leaching rate of copper was about 80%.At the same time,the optimum leaching conditions of the oxidized copper ore were obtained,that is the concentration of dilute sulfuric is 4%,the time of leaching is 36 hours,the leaching temperature is 30℃,the diameter of particles is 40 mesh and the ratio of liquid volume to ore weight is 6:1.
