LPIN1基因的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 LPIN1基因是LPIN家族的一员,是调控脂肪细胞分化与脂类代谢的关键基因。该基因突变将改变血浆中胰岛素抵抗性及葡萄糖含量,导致体内脂肪组织功能性紊乱,造成多种代谢疾病。随着对LPIN1基因的研究不断深入,将该基因多态与相关疾病或药物反应进行关联分析,可以揭示复杂性疾病的致病机制与疾病的不同临床表型,也可作为实行个体化治疗的依据。本文就LPIN1基因的研究现状、生物学功能、突变和表达差异对脂肪的影响及其多态性与2型糖尿病的相关研究进展作一综述。
