PANI-DBSA对静电纺PAN纳米纤维直径的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在聚丙烯腈(PAN)溶液中加入不同十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)掺杂浓度的PANI-DBSA,将此共混体系进行静电纺丝制备纳米纤维。表征聚合物的相容性,测试了DBSA浓度对纺丝液电导率的影响,分析DBSA浓度对纳米纤维直径及直径分布的影响。结果表明,PANI-DBSA的氨基与PAN共聚物中的羰基之间存在氢键相互作用,使得聚合物具有良好的相容性。随着DBSA浓度的增加,共混纺丝液的电导率增大,同时纳米纤维的直径逐渐减小,纤维直径的离散度也逐渐减小,在DBSA浓度为1.1 mol/L时,纤维的平均直径最小,为116 nm。 The polyaniline doped with different concentrations of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(PANIDBSA) was added to the polyacylonitrile(PAN) electrospinning solution to decrease the diameter of the resulting nanofibers.The compatibility of the blends was investigated,and the effects of the mass concentration of DBSA on the conductivity of the spinning solution,the diameter and diameter distribution of the nanofibers were analyzed.It is shown that the hydrogen bonding between the carbonyl groups in PAN copolymer and the amines groups in PANI-DBSA makes the blends have good compatibility.Increasing the DBSA mass concentration increases the solution conductivity,but decreases the diameter of fiber and the fiber′s discrete coefficient.The finest fiber diameter is 116 nm when the mass concentration of the DBSA is 1.1 mol /L.
