摘要
乳品标准体系建设滞后,达不到对乳品质量安全的有效监管,是频繁发生乳品质量问题的主要原因。通过比较分析国内外原料乳、乳粉微生物指标和采样方法标准,找出差距和其中存在的问题,为中国乳粉标准的发展提供参考。
The main reason of the frequent occurrences of quality dairy products problem is the construction of Dairy standard system behind and fail on the effective regulation of quality and safety of dairy products.In this paper,raw milk,microbiological indicators of milk powder and sampling methods three aspects were compared between national and abroad,analysis current standards China's milk powder and foreign standards and international organizations,found gaps and problems and reference to the development of China's milk powder standards.
