摘要
测定不同条件下槟榔果实呼吸强度的变化规律,发现槟榔果实采后呼吸有跃变高峰出现,通过乙烯利处理的验证试验,确立槟榔为呼吸跃变性果实,用乙烯利处理槟榔果实验证槟榔对乙烯的反应,确立槟榔果实为呼吸跃变性果实。
Static and infrared methods were used to measure respiration of betel nut in different condition.Effects of betel nut to ethylene were verified by treating betel nut fruit with ethephon.The results showed that betel nut fruit post-harvest respiration was climacteric respiration.
