摘要
通过对茶叶在干燥机滚筒内的运动轨迹的分析,研究干燥机滚筒的转速对茶叶感官品质的影响。结果表明,在滚筒转速为35~40r/min时,绿茶感官品质明显提高。
The drum dryer has been widely used in drying process of tea,however,the propotion of tea powder and curving leaves is generally high,due to the rotary speed is excessively fast or slow,meanwhile,the flavor loss a lot.The effect of rotary speed of drum type dryer on sensory of tea is studied by analyzing the trajectory of tea in drum type dryer.The result shows:the sensory quality was significanrly improved at 35~40 r/min.
