摘要
针对食品加工过程监控系统的研究与开发,提出一种基于Rs-485网络通信技术的啤酒生产过程分布式计算机监控系统。该系统对啤酒糖化、发酵过程主要参数能实行在线"检测-分析-调节",而且采用不同的软件,可应用于不同的监控场合。
To study and develop monitoring system for food processing,a distributed computer monitoring system based on Rs-485 network communication technology in the process of beer is proposed.This system can monitor main parameters which are tested,analysed and regulated on-line in the process of beer saccharification and fermentation,in addition,using different software,it can be applied to different monitoring process.
