人学是正在创建中的新兴学科,它的兴起有深厚的社会历史背景。本文从九个方面回顾了人学科研的重要成果和进展:发掘整理中外人学文化遗产,研究马克思主义经典作家关于人学的基本观点,明确人学的对象和方法,坚持实事求是思想路线,贯彻以人为本原则,全面认识人性和人的本质,探讨人的发展问题,建设中国特色社会主义人权理论,以及联系全球化和生态环境问题推动人学建设等,展示了人学未来发展的广阔前景。

Manology,a newly rising discipline that is still being established,is based on profound social and historical background.The author has reviewed the important achievements and progress in nine aspects:todiscover the cultural heritage of manology abroad and at home,study the basic views about manology of the classic Marxist writers,define the objective and methodology,stick to the line of seeking truth from facts,carry out the principle of taking man as priority,globally understand human and human nature,discuss the issue of man's development,construct the socialist theory of human rights with Chinese characteristics,promote the construction of manology by relating to globalization and ecological environment and display the broad prospect of manology for future development.
