铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属对β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药趋势。方法:分别应用纸片琼脂扩散法(K-B)与浓度梯度法(E-test)对铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌进行药敏测试和分析。结果:亚胺培南和美罗培南对铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属的敏感性均达80%以上,尤其是对不动杆菌属的敏感性达90%以上;哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对铜绿假单胞菌的敏感性分别为69.1%、76.1%和63.1%,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对不动杆菌属的敏感性为58.7%。结论:亚胺培南、美罗培南、哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对治疗铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属所致感染有一定的疗效。 Objective To study the drug-resistance of Pseudomonas acruginosa and Acinetobacter species. Method Susceptibility tests to the antibiotics were performed for isolated Pseudomonas acruginosa and Acinetobacter species with Kirby-Bauer (K-B) and E-test methods. Results The sensitivity rates of both Pseudomonas acruginosa and Acinetobacter species to imipenem and meropenem were more than 80%, especially the sensitivity rate of Acinetobacter species exceeded 90% . The sensitivity rates of Pseudomonas acruginosa to piperacilin, piperacilin plus tazobactam and cefoperazone plus sulbacta were 69.1% , 76.1% , and 63.1% respectively. The sensitivity rate of Acinetobacter species to cefoperazone plus sulbacta was 58.7%. Conclusion Imipenem, meropenem, piperacilin, piperacilin plus tazobactam and cefoperazone plus sulbacta have good therapeutic effects in fighting Pseudomonas acruginosa and Acinetobacter infections in clinic.
