摘要
目的:探讨CCK-8对链佐霉素(STZ)所致糖尿病大鼠的饮食控制作用。方法:观察CCK-8对STZ所致糖尿病大鼠刺激前后饮水量、摄食量等变化情况,检测刺激前后血糖和血清胰岛素的水平,评价CCK-8对糖尿病大鼠的饮食控制作用。结果:CCK-8能明显降低糖尿病大鼠的摄食量及饮水量,对血糖浓度改变不大,但血清胰岛素浓度有轻微升高趋势。结论:CCK-8对链佐霉素所致糖尿病大鼠的饮食有明显的控制作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of diet control against streptozotocin-induced diabetes by cholecystokinin-octapeptide in rats.Methods:The amounts of water drinking and food intake had been observed and the concentrations of blood glucose and insulin had been detected in rats diabetes models with CCK-8 stimulation to evaluate the effect of diet control against streptozotocin-induced diabetes by cholecystokinin-octapeptide.Results:After treated with CCK-8,the amounts of water drinking and food intake of diabetic rats reduced significantly with little change of blood glucose concentration and increase slightly of serum insulin concentration.Conclusion:CCK-8 may have a directly diet control role against streptozotocin-induced diabetes in rats.
