老年股骨转子间骨折手术治疗术式探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨不同术式治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法:32例采用1350角钢板,35例采用DHS,33例采用Gamma钉,34例采用PFN内固定术式进行治疗。结果:DHS组手术时间最长,PFN组最短;Gamma钉组、PFN组术中出血量少于DHS组、1350角钢板组;Gamma钉组、PFN组骨折愈合时间短,与1350角钢板组、DHS组比较差异均有显著性;1350角钢板组术后髋关节功能评分较其它组低,PFN组较其它组高;PFN组术后并发症比前三组少;1350角钢板组比后三组优良率低,DHS组、Gamma钉组和PFN组间优良率无显著差异。结论:在股骨转子间骨折内固定中,首选PFN,其次Gamma钉或DHS,1350角钢板综合疗效欠佳。
