摘要 我国大型全纤维电阻炉在炉衬结构和电热元件的安装上一直存在着诸多问题,目前国外采用了新的模块结构,比较好地解决了这些技术难题。对新的模块结构进行了分析,结合我国国情对结构和材料进行改进,通过高温试验,成功研制出新电阻炉电加热模块组合炉衬结构。该电加热模块组合炉衬结构的性能、安装、维护和寿命都达到国外先进水平,价格远低于同类型进口产品。 In the large resistance furnaces with entire fiber liner, there are many questions in the furnace liner structure and the installation of electrical heating element. New module structure was used in foreign countries to solve the questions above. And the old liner in structure and material was improved under the study of this new structure. Then a new kind of combined liner structure with electrical heating module was successfully developed. It has achieved the foreign advanced level in properties, installation, maintenance and life. Also the price is much cheaper than other similar imported products. And the localization of this new structure has come into truth by the efforts of our engineers.
