摘要
针对焦炉燃烧过程的特点,提出了一种分别以预测控制和PI控制为主副回路的串级控制方法。预测控制算法通过模型预测,在线滚动优化和误差校正等环节,在没有精确模型的情况下也能实现良好的控制性能。研究结果表明,这一控制方法应用在焦炉加热系统中可以取得良好的效果。
This paper proposes a cascade control method which the main circuit is a predictive control and vice-loop is PI control based on the characteristics of the burning process in the coke oven. Predictive control can realize the good quality control without exact model through the forecastofcontrolmodel, the rolling optimization of control process and error correction. It is proposed that dynamic matrix control algorithm is used in the coke oven heating system, and gives analysis and simulation. The results show that this control method can get the good quality when the application made in the coke oven heating system.
