摘要
研究桑皮纤维的性能与可纺性。测试了纤维的主要化学成分含量及长度、细度、强度等物理机械性能,分析了纤维在纺织加工过程中的特性和可纺性。指出:桑皮纤维的主体长度较短,短绒率较高,断裂伸长较小,初始模量大,在棉纺环锭设备上纯纺难度较大,适宜与其他棉型纤维混纺纺制中粗号纱,而采用转杯纺技术则可加工桑皮纤维纯纺纱。
Properties and spinnability of mulberry fiber were studied. Chemical constituents,length, fineness and strength of mulberry fiber were tested,the fiber property and spinnability in processing were analyzed. It is pointed out main length of mulberry fiber is shorter, short fiber content is higher, breaking elongation is lower, initial modulus is larger,it is hard to be spun on cotton spinning machine,the fiber is suit to be blended and spun medium coarse yarn with other cotton-like fiber,rotor spinning technology could be used to spin mulberry fiber yarn.
