摘要
基于铵盐结晶在叶轮流道内非均匀分布形成的失谐,使用有限元方法,计算了失谐叶轮的固有频率和动力响应,并与协调叶轮固有频率和动力响应进行对比,提取振动特征量计算了模态局部化因子和振动局部化因子,研究了这一类不同程度的失谐对叶轮模态特性和动力响应特性造成的影响。
In this paper, according to the forming mistuning caused by the nonuniform distribution of ammonium salt crystallization in impeller flow field, the Finite Element Method was used to calculate natural frequencies and dynamic response of mistuned impeller and compared with the coordinate impeller. Vibration characteristics were extracted to calculate the modal localized factor and vibration localized factor. The influences of this kind of mistuning with different degrees on impeller modal characteristics and dynamic response characteristics were studied.
