单缸多段抽加气离心压缩机组防喘振控制方案设计

摘要 针对单缸多段离心压缩机组设计过程中遇到的技术难点——多段抽加气防喘振控制计算方案的确定,通过分析乙烯装置丙烯机组单缸多段抽加气压缩机中防喘振、防阻塞控制的特点,同时考虑多种因素影响,对常规算法进行补充优化,提出区别以往常规的多段缸内混合气体防喘振控制计算方法,设计并实现单缸多段抽加气离心压缩机的防喘振控制算法的解决方案。 This paper aims at resolving the difficulty, which is the determination of antisurge control calculation project with multi-stage pumping additional gas, in the process of designing the singlecylinder multi-stage centrifugal compressor units. Through analyzing the characteristics of antisurge and anti-block control in singlecylinder multi-stage compressor with pumping additional gas in ethylene propylene unit, the conventional calculation method is optimized considering several kinds of effect factors. This paper has pointed out a particular calculation mode different from conventional multi-stage cylinder mixed gas antisurge control calculation method. The solving project of antisurge control calculation method for singlecylinder multi-stagecentrifugal compressor with pumping additional gas is designed and realized.
