头孢吡肟DUE标准的建立

Establishment of Cefepime DUE Criteria

目的:建立头孢吡肟药物利用评价(DUE)标准。方法:基于美国医院药房协会《头孢吡肟成人用药标准》,结合我国《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和头孢吡肟药品说明书制定标准草案,形成专家咨询调查表,进行两轮专家咨询调查,对标准进行修订完善确定。结果:头孢吡肟药物利用评价标准分为应用理由、关键病程指征、不良反应及处理、治疗结果4个部分,专家对各部分均提出较大修改意见。结论:美国医院药房协会标准主体内容在我国仍然适用,但必须结合我国国情进行调整。所确定的头孢吡肟药物利用评价标准原则上适用于开展研究的机构,也可供相关医院参考。

OBJECTIVE：To establish cefepime DUE criteria. METHODS：DUE criteria draft of cefepime was developed basing on Criteria for Use of Cefepime in Adults by ASHP,Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of Antibiotics by MOH,and package insert of cefepime. Expert consultation questionnaire was formed and Delphi survey was conducted through two round of consulting and inquiry to revise and improve the DUE criteria. RESULTS：The cefepime DUE criteria contained reason for application,key indications,adverse reactions and treatment,treatment results. For each part experts had put forward many revisions. CONCLUSION：The main content of ASHP standards is still applicable,but it must be adjusted with the situation in China. Cefepime DUE criteria can be applied for research institutions and relevant hospitals.
