摘要
分析了混凝土保护层之于混凝土结构中钢筋的物理和化学作用,探讨了在氯离子侵蚀、中性化、冻融循环等条件下,适当增大混凝土保护层厚度和控制保护层混凝土质量(密实度和碱度)与钢筋初锈时间、锈蚀速率、保护层开裂时间之间的关系,提出了旨在解决当前混凝土结构设计和施工中存在的有关混凝土保护层方面主要问题的建议。
To analysis of the concrete cover in chemical and physical effects of concrete structures,in the chloride-induced corrosion,neutral,freeze-thaw cycles and other conditions,discussing the relationship between appropriate increase the concrete cover thickness and control the concrete quality of protection layer(density and alkalinity)and the early rust time of reinforcement,rate of corrosion,the cracking time of the protection layer,giving proposal to solve the main issues in current design and construction of concrete structures that exist in the concrete cover.
