摘要
研究开发了一种缓释型聚羧酸系高效减水剂,具有高保坍性,能够有效的控制新拌混凝土坍落度损失速度。通过分子结构的设计,选择相应醚类大单体、小单体合成具有缓释功能的减水剂。探索了分子侧链、分子主链及反应时间和温度对产品性能的影响。小单体和聚醚大单体的相对摩尔比4~5、减水剂分子量15000~25000、反应时间3~6h、反应温度60~90℃时合成减水剂的缓释保坍效果最佳。
This study developed a sustained-release type polycarboxylic high efficiency water reducing agent,with high slump nature,can effectively control the rate of loss of fresh concrete slump.Through the designing of molecular structure,we selected the appropriate large polyether monomer and small monomers and synthesized a type of water reducing agent with slow-release function.The impact of molecular side chains,main chain,the reaction time and temperature on product properties was explored.The water-reducing agent have the best slow-release slump when the molar ratio of small and polyether monomer is at the range of 4 to 5,molecular weight of 15 000~25 000,reaction time is at the range of 3~6 h,the reaction temperature is at the range of 60~90 ℃.
