摘要
介绍沪蓉国道主干线湖北恩施至利川高速公路的小河特大桥施工中,利用机制砂配制C60自密实混凝土用于钢管拱肋的实践。详细介绍C60自密实混凝土的配制,通过3组不同石粉含量的机制砂与河砂混凝土的试配,得出石粉含量7%的机制砂混凝土配合比最佳。钢管拱肋混凝土的泵送顶升施工,为类似工程提供机制砂应用经验。
The distribution of machine-made sand in C60 self-compaction concrete filled steal tube for arch rib in the construction of The Xiaohe bridge on the highway from Enshi to Lichuan,which locates on the mainroad of Hurong national road,was introduced.The author demonstrates the distribution of machine-made sand in C60 self-compaction concrete filled steal tube in details.With the comparison of three groups of distribution of machine-made sand concrete and river sand concrete with different content of mountain flour,it has found out that the proportion of 7% mountain flour in machine-made sand is the best distribution of concrete.In addition,it analyses the way of concrete top-lifting by pumping in the arch rib construction to provide some practical experience for further similar bridge construction.
