农村公路路面碾压混凝土配合比设计研究 被引量:6

摘要 结合材料特性和农村公路特点,研究了路面碾压混凝土配合比设计方法。现行规范碾压混凝土配合比设计引用国家"八五"科技项目成果,主要针对高等级公路。针对农村公路常用材料和交通特性,在大量室内试验的基础上,通过回归分析路面碾压混凝土的正交试验结果,提出了适用于农村公路路面碾压混凝土的配合比简捷设计法,并推荐了农村公路碾压混凝土路面参考配合比。结果表明,农村公路路面碾压混凝土配合比设计方法合理,应用方便,能解决农村公路建设中的技术问题。 Based on the material properties and characteristics of rural highway,the mix design method of Roller Compacted Concrete(RCC) is researched.The mix design method of RCC in the current standard and specification follows the results of"85" Science and Technology Projects and mainly applies to high-grade highways.Specific to commonly used materials for rural roads and transport properties,through a lot of laboratory tests,regression analysis is adopted to determine the mix proportion design of RCC in rural highway by means of orthogonal test results.The simple mix proportion design method of RCC is also proposed in rural highway.The results shows that,the mix design method is rational and simple,which can solve the problems in the construction engineering in the rural highways.
