国内开展手术治疗糖尿病的原则及相关问题

摘要 糖尿病已经成为严重威胁人类健康的慢性疾病之一，由于糖尿病所引起的冠心病、肾病、视网膜病及神经病变等是造成病人致死、致残的主要原因。约有80％以上的糖尿病病人为2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）。糖尿病是一种古老的内科疾病，传统的治疗方法包括饮食治疗、运动治疗、口服降糖药治疗及注射胰岛素治疗等，
