摘要
目的 应用Stratus OCT对青少年近视眼患者视乳头进行测量,研究近视程度,眼轴长度和年龄对视乳头参数的影响.方法 用Stratus OCT 的视乳头快速扫描程序测量149例近视青少年的视乳头,并获得视乳头参数.等效球镜、眼轴长度、年龄与视盘参数先行双变量直线回归分析,有显著性意义的因素再进行多元线性逐步回归分析.结果 149只眼的平均盘沿容积、水平合成盘沿面积、视盘面积、视杯面积、盘沿面积、杯/盘面积比、水平杯/盘比、垂直杯/盘比分别为(0.706±0.520)mm3、(1.987 ±0.354)mm2、(2.464±0.431)mm2、(0.601 ±0.606)mm2、(1.863 ±0.554)mm2,0.234 ±0.196、0.485 ±0.191、0.419±0.177.双变量直线回归分析显示等效球镜分别与视盘容积、水平合成盘沿面积呈负相关;眼轴长度分别与视盘容积、水平合成盘沿面积呈正相关;等效球镜和眼轴长度与视乳头其它参数无关;年龄与视乳头各参数均无关.多元线性逐步回归分析示盘沿容积只与等效球镜呈负相关(P=0.003,R=0.254);水平合成盘沿面积只与眼轴长度呈正相关(P=0.022,R=0.197).结论 盘沿容积随近视度增加而增加,水平合成盘沿面积随眼轴长度增加而增加,在评价青少年视乳头参数时需考虑近视程度、眼轴长度的影响.
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the optic disc parameters measured by optical coherence tomography (OCT) of axial length and age in juvenile myopia.Methods One hundred forty-nine juvenile underwent ophthalmic examination.After fast optic disc Scans were performed by Stratus OCT On one randomly selected eye of each subject,the optic disc parameters were obtained.The effects of several factors (SE,axiallength and age) on optic factors were investigated in univariate and multivariate stepwise regression analyses.Results The average value of rim volume,horizontal integrated rim area,disk area,cup area,rim area,cup/disk area ratio,cup/disk horizontal ratio and cup/disk vertical ratio Were 0.706±0.520mm3,1.987±0.354mm2,2.464±0.431mm2,0.601±0.606mm2,1.863 ±0.554mm2,0.234±0.196,0.485±0.191 and 0.419 ±0.177,respectively.In univariate regression analyses,there were significant inverse linear correlation betwgeen SE and rim volume,horizontal integrated rim area;and direct linear correlation between axial length and rim volume,horizontal integrated rim area,separately.SE and axial length didn't correlate with the other optic parameters.Age didn't correlate with all optic factors.In multivariate stepwise regression analyses,there were significant inverse linear correlation between rim volume and SE(P=0.003,R=0.254),and direct linear correlation between horizontal integrated rim area and axial length (P=0.022,R=0.197).Conclusions With increasing myopia,the rim volume is significantly larger.With increasing axial length,the horizontal integrated rim area is significantly larger.Therefore,when interpreting OCT results in the clinic,careful consideration should be given to various changes associated with myopia and axial length in myopic juvenile.
