冬小麦新种质N0238D矮秆性状的遗传分析 被引量:6

摘要 N0238D是一个株高54.00 cm的矮秆冬小麦新种质,为了明确其矮秆性状的遗传规律,对该种质进行了遗传分析和赤霉酸敏感性鉴定。用高秆品种中国春(株高126.00 cm)、阿勃(株高114.00 cm)与N0238D杂交,并用N0238D回交,F1代株高均接近或稍高于中亲值,F2代株高分离为矮秆、半矮秆、高秆三种类型,分离比例均为1∶2∶1,同时有超亲分离存在。BC1F1代矮秆植株数和半矮杆植株数的分离比例均符合1∶1,结果表明,N0238D的矮秆性状由1对主效隐性基因控制。赤霉酸测定试验表明,该矮秆种质为赤霉酸不敏感型。 N0238D is a new winter wheat germplasm with 54.00 cm in plant height. Genetic analysis and sensitivity to exogenous gibberellic acid (GA) was conducted to explore the heredity of dwarf traits in N0238D. N0238D as female were crossed with Chinese Spring (CS, 126.00 cm in the plant height) and Abbondanza (Abb, 114.00 cm in the plant height) and F1 progeny were backcrossed to N0238D. The plant heights of F1 generation were closer or slightly higher than the average plant height of two parents. The ratio of the tall plants, semi-dwarf and the dwarf plants in F2 progeny fitted the expected 1 : 2 : 1. There was over parent segregation in F2 progeny. The ratio of the tall plants and the dwarf plants in BC1F1 progeny fitted the expected 1 to 1. The results showed that the dwarf trait of N0238D was controlled by a recessive major genes. Combined with the results of GA test, N0238D was a GA-insensitive dwarf germplasm.
