摘要
以长白型大葱品种章丘大葱和鸡腿型大葱品种隆尧鸡腿葱为试材,采用基质盆栽试验研究了不同氮、硫供应水平对大葱含硫有机物含量及其代谢关键酶活性的影响。结果表明,隆尧鸡腿葱含硫有机物含量显著高于章丘大葱。氮、硫供应显著影响植株地上部氮、硫含量与代谢关键酶活性。氮素供应水平为1.5mmol/L时抑制大葱地上部ATP硫酸化酶(ATPS)和O-乙酰丝氨酸水解酶(OASS)活性,而氮素供应水平为12.0 mmol/L时明显促进上述两种酶的活性,但氮素供应水平上升到24.0 mmol/L时则抑制了其活性。提高供硫水平则显著抑制ATPS酶和OASS酶的活性。植株含氮量与有机硫含量均与ATPS和OASS活性显著相关。
In order to investigate the effects of nitrogen(N) and sulfur(S) supply on sulfur-containing compounds and activities of key enzymes for S metabolism,media-potting experiments were carried out using Zhangqiu spring onion (ZQ) and Longyao fleshy root onion (LY). The results indicated sulfurcontaining compounds in LY were higher than ZQ,and N,S concentration and key enzymes for sulfur metabolism were significantly influenced by N,S supply and their interactions. Activities of ATP sulfurylase(ATPS) and O-acetylserine sulfhydrylase (OASS)were promoted by 12.0 mmol/L N,however,they were inhibited by N supply levels of 1.5 mmol/L and 24.0 mmol/L and increasing S supply levels. LY had higher activities of ATPS and OASS than ZQ in different growth stage. Activities of ATPS and OASS of Chinese spring onion showed significant correlation with shoot N concentration,S concentration and sulfur-containing concentration. From this study,it could be concluded that sulfur- containing compounds in Chinese spring onion could be regulated by cultivar and N,S supply.
