摘要
利用水提法提取大蒜鳞茎的粗提物,对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)进行防治效果研究。结果表明,最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)为60.00 mg/mL;质量浓度达到60.00 mg/mL时,对孢子萌发的抑制率达到98.15%;质量浓度达到120.00 mg/mL时,对菌丝生长的抑制率以及对番茄离体叶片的预防和治疗效果分别达到100.00%、92.77%和88.56%。大蒜鳞茎粗提物可有效抑杀番茄灰霉病菌。
The effects of garlic bulb crude extracts on Botrytis cinerea control in tomato were studied. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is 60. 00 mg/mL. When the concentration of garlic bulb crude extracts increased to 60.00 mg/mL, the inhibitive rate to spore germination reached 98.15%; when the concentration of garlic bulb crude extracts increased to 120.00 mg/mL, the inhibitive rate to mycelia growth , the preventive effect and curative effect on disease in tomato leaves in vitro reached 100.00%, 92.77% and 88.56% , respectively. In conclusion, the garlic bulb crude extracts are effective to inhibit Botrytis cinerea in tomato.
