摘要
目的探讨村卫生室门诊登记制度在初级卫生保健和职业卫生服务中的作用。方法对某村卫生室门诊登记资料进行分析，用时间序列分析描述１９９４年全人群、村民、职工和职工对照等四个组的门诊变动情况。结果建立各人群的“预警系统”，并对该村１９９５年第１２周至第１４周的呼吸系疾病的流行进行预测报警。结论充分利用门诊登记资料可以促进乡村医生参与职业卫生服务和初级卫生保健相结合。
To investigate the application of clinic records system in PHC tertiary network,data from a village clinic were collected to describe the time trend of outpatient in general population group,farmer group,worker group and control group using time series analysis.Four models were simulated to describe the random influence of external factors for each group. The system alarmed in the 12th to 14th week of 1995 and high prevalence of upper respiratory system diseases was found.Clinic record system can push up the integration of PHC and OHS in tertiary network of village.
