摘要
目的研究汽油对女工性机能及生殖结局的影响。方法对接触汽油女工３５６名和对照女工３７３名进行生殖危害流行病学调查。结果长期接触汽油女工月经周期异常、经量异常、痛经、先兆流产、自然流产的发生率明显高于对照组，并有统计学意义。结论女工长期接触汽油可对生殖结局产生不良影响。
Objective To study the influence on the sex function and the reproductive outcomes in female workers exposed to gasoline.Methods 356 female workers exposed to gasoline and 373 controls were studied on reproductive effects by epidemiological survey.Results Results showed that incidence rates of abnormal menstruation cycles and volume,dysmenorrhoea,indicative abortion and natural abortion in exposed women were obviously higher than those in controls with statistical significance.Conclusion Exposue to gasoline for a long time results in reproductive disorders in female workers.
