摘要
某8世代薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件(TFT-LCD)阵列厂房为中国第一条8世代TFT-LCD生产线,核心洁净区建筑面积182 087.8m^2,为四层钢筋混凝土框排架结构,局部区域设置型钢柱间支撑,采用型钢混凝土柱。针对该工程特点,重点介绍了层间侧向刚度特别不规则的调整、地震作用下局部框架柱抗拉的解决方案、框架梁柱节点核芯区截面抗剪不足的处理、超长结构的防裂措施等。
With the core clean area of 182 087.8 m2 ,one of the 8TM Generation TFT-LCD array-factory is the first TFT-LCD production line. The building is a 4-floor concrete frame which has SRC post and steel column bracing set in some area. This paper presents the adjustment of the inter-story irregular lateral rigidity, the anti-seismic pull-resistance design of the posts,how to do with the joint core area shear-resistance insufficiency and the anti-crack methods of the ultra-long structural.
