再生混凝土骨料及其性能研究

摘要 传统的建筑材料生产和使用造成资源过度消耗、能源短缺和环境污染等严重问题。对以废弃混凝土为原材料的再生骨料基本性能进行系统研究,通过对比再生混凝土与原生混凝土性能的不同,分析了其性能改变的原因,并提出了有效的改性方法,同时得出了较合理的再生混凝土配合比。研究表明,再生骨料可以配制普通混凝土,随着再生骨料替代率的增加,混凝土和易性和强度会降低,通过加入一定的粉煤灰,可以在保证强度的同时改善其和易性。 The traditional ways of producing the construction material are easily to cause some serious problems like the overconsuming of energy, the shortage of the energy and environmental pollution. This paper tries to do some research on the recycled aggregate concrete using the waste concrete as the raw material by the way of the comprehensive utilization of the construction waste. The recycled aggregate concrete was made using the recycled aggregate as the main material based on the research of the basic performance in the recycled aggregate. With the comparison between the recycled aggregate concrete and the nature aggregate concrete, analyzing the reason to the change of the performance, provide the efficiency way to improve the performance focus on the problem of the recycled aggregate modification methods, and also got the reasonable the mix proportion of the recycled aggregate concrete. The research indicated that:the recycled aggregate can be used to produce the ordinary concrete, but with the increasing of them the workability and the strength of the concrete will reduce. Adding some fly ashes can both improve the workability and guarantee the strength of the concrete.
