家庭因素对儿童肥胖治疗的影响

Family Environment Factors that Influence Treatment in Obese Children.

目的 为了解家庭因素对儿童肥胖治疗的影响。 方法 对一组接受家庭行为疗法三年的肥胖儿童治疗效果和家庭环境因素进行了分析。 结果 治疗有效组肥胖度平均下降１４ ．６ ％ ，治疗无效组肥胖度平均上升５ ．３ ％ 。无效组中，家长不爱运动、对孩子减肥意见不一致者所占比例较高；有效组中，家长督促孩子运动、参与减肥方案、限制购买高热卡食物者明显高于无效组。 结论 家庭因素在儿童肥胖治疗中起着至关重要的作用，若要获得良好的减肥效果，家长的支持和参与必不可少。

Objective To analyse the relation between family environment factors and treatment effect. Methods Thirty one obese children aged 12～14 years were treated with family behavioral modification for three years. Results The successful group (SG) showed a mean 14.6% decrease in their overweight, compared to a mean 5.3% increase of the unsuccessful group (UG). To compare SG children,more UG children lived in the family that mother was obesity, father lacked of exercise,father or mother didn't like their child to lose weight and parents uesd to give snacks to their child. Conclusion Family environment factors,especially the parents involvement can play a very important role in the treatment of obese children.
