摘要
目的 了解早产儿生后早期必需脂肪酸代谢的特点。 方法 用毛细管气相色谱法测定了28 例早产儿出生时脐静脉血和生后第3 天静脉血必需脂肪酸水平。 结果 生后第3 天静脉营养无脂肪乳剂组亚油酸水平低于奶方喂养加静脉营养组;亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、廿二碳六烯酸二组间无显著差异,但百分含量上亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、廿二碳六烯酸皆低于出生时水平。 结论 人工喂养和静脉营养无脂肪都是必需脂肪酸缺乏的因素。亚油酸是必需脂肪酸缺乏的较敏感指标。
Objective To understand the feature of essntial fatly acids (EFA) metabolism in preterm infants and improve the feeding after birth. Methods Plasma essential fatty acids (EFA)levels of cords and veins were analyesd in 28 preterm infants at deliveries and three days after birth respectively. Results The level of linoleic acid(LA) in infant who had receied no-lipid perenteral nutrition was markedly lower than in infant who had received formula.However,concentrations of arachidonic acid(AA)and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) were similar in the two groups of infants and significantly higher than cord values. The percentages of AA、DHA in two groups three days after birth are significantly lower than those at birth. Conclusion The perterm infants aresusceptible to EFA deficiency. The value of LA may be used as an indicater of EFA deficiency.
