摘要
在综合分析泉州市供用水及社会经济发展基础上,对泉州市水资源供需平衡进行了分析,并计算全市的节水潜力和水资源承载能力.针对泉州市的实际情况,从组织、政策、资金和科技4方面提出节水型社会建设的保障措施;同时从农业、工业、生活、建筑三产等方面评估节水型社会建设效果的经济效益,具有一定的实践意义.
Main characteristics and problems in the exploitation and utilization of water resources in Quanzhou city is analyzed in this study. Based on the development of economics and society in Quanzhou city, demand-supply of water resources is analyzed. Furthermore, water resources carrying capacity and water saving potential was estimated to improve the scheme. Aimed at the current status of constructing water-saving society in Quanzhou city, various guarantee measures are proposed. To evaluate the water-saving effect, the economic benefit of water-saving also was estimated.
