摘要
目的:分析慢性持续性脑内出血的CT表现,并探讨其影像形成机理。材料和方法:26例患者均作CT平扫及增强扫描,其中6例作了脑血管造影。结果:所有病灶均表现为由等或略高密度区环绕的类圆形高密度灶,病灶与正常脑组织间有低密度水肿带相隔。增强扫描病灶本身无强化改变。结论:慢性持续性脑内出血的典型CT表现为由等或略密高度区环绕高密度灶形成的脑内双重密度血肿,其高密度灶所在部位即病变血管所在。
Purpose:To analyse the CT manifestations of the chronic continuous incerebral haemorrhage and probe the forming machanism of the images.Meterials and Methods:plain and contrast enhanced CT scans were performed in all of 26 cases.6 cases of the patients were also examined with cerebral angiography.Results:All cases showed a high density focus surrounded by an is or slight high density area.There was an edematous narrow low density zone between the lesion and the normal tissue.The focus no showed remarkable changes on contrast enhanced scans.Conclusion:The typical CT findings of chronic continuous in the cerebral haemorrhage is a dual-density in the cerebral haemotoma.The high density focus is just the place of the pathological blood vessel.
