上海市生物医药专利申请状况实证分析

Empirical analysis on current application of patent documents on biopharmaceutical and medicine in Shanghai

对1985-2009年上海市生物医药专利申请文件进行检索,共检索到了11500份申请文件。从专利申请主体、客体、年份、专利申请产学研合作、专利申请授权情况等方面进行了统计分析。针对数据反应出的主要问题提出了政策建议。

We retrieved the applications of patent documents on biopharmaceutical and medicine in Shanghai from 1985 to 2009 on the internet,and acquired totally 11 500 patent documents. The paper statistically analyzed the object and subject of patent applications,the year of patent application,industry-university-research institute collaboration of patent applications,and the ratio of granted patent by these data. The implication of revealed problems is addressed. The results have great significance to improve patent promotion policy for government,and to improve patent quality for biopharmaceutical enterprises and university and research institute.
