惠州炼油项目管理信息系统的研究与应用

Research and Application of Huizhou Refinery Enterprise Project Management Information System

本文以惠州炼油工程项目为背景,对惠州炼油项目管理信息系统进行了深入的研究。首先在详细需求分析的基础上,提出了惠州炼油项目管理信息系统的研究思路及方法,然后在"以实施进度为主线、以合同管理为约束、以投资进度为基准、以成本控制为目标"的思想指导下,提出了系统的总体架构,最后以项目实施进度控制和作业管理为例对系统的实现和功能进行了说明。

In this paper, the huizhou refinery project management information system is researched intensively. Firstly, based on the detailed requirement analysis, the research idea and method of the system is proposed. And then, under the guidance of the thought of ＂implementation progress as the main line, contract management as the bound, investment progress as the benchmark, cost control as the objective＂ , the overall structure of the system is proposed. Finally, taking project implementation schedule control and job management as example, the realization and functionality of the system is described.
