慢性肾小球疾病湿热证血浆及尿白介素-6的改变

The Changes of Plasma and Urina Interleukin-6 level in Chronic Glomerulonephritis with Damp-Heat Syndrome

目的：探讨中医辨证的微观指标。方法：对40例表现为湿热证的慢性肾小球疾病进行血浆及尿白介素-6（IL－6）测定。结果：湿热证血浆及尿IL－6显著高于健康人及虚证组（P＜0．01）。结论：血浆及尿IL－6增高可作为慢性肾小球疾病湿热证辨证的客观指标之一。

Objective The purpose is to investigate the micro-dialectic of the traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The plasma and urina Interleukin-6 level (IL-6 ) of 40 glomerulonephritis patients with Damp-Heat syndrome were .measured. Results:The results showed that the Plasma and urina Interleukin-6 level of glomerulonephritis patients with Dam-Heat syndrome were significantly higher than those of the healthy and those with non Damp-Heat Syndrome. (P＜0. 01). Conclusions: The results suggests that the increase in plasma and urina IL-6 level can be regarded as one of the dialectical indexes of chronic glomerulonephritis with Damp-Heat Syndrome.
