复方天仙胶囊加联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Tian-Xian Capsula plus Combined Chemotherapy in Treating Intermediate and Advanced Carcinoma of Esophagus

目的：观察复方天仙胶囊加联合化疗治疗中晚期食管瘤的疗效。方法：治疗组35例应用复方天仙胶囊加联合化疗（VBP方案），并与对照组33例联合化疗进行比较。结果：治疗组疗效总缓解率45．7％，对照组33．3％；生活质量Karnafsky计分，治疗组平均提高12分，对照组平均提高4分。结论：复方天仙胶囊加联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌优于单纯联合化疗。

Objcetive: To observe the treatment effect of Compound Tian - Xian Capsula and combined chemotherapy on intermediate and advanced carcinoma of esophagus. Methods: 35 cases of intermediate and advanced carcinoma of esophogus treated by Compound Tian - Xian Capsule and combined chemotherapy(VBP program) were compared with 33 cases treated by the single combined chemotherapy. Results: The total remission rate (CR + PR ) of the treatment group was 45. 7 %, and Karuafsky counting on living quality increased 12 fen average. In the control group. the total remis-sion rate was 33. 3 %,and Karuafsky counting increased 4 fen. Conclusion :Compound Tian - Xian Capsula plus combined Chemotherapy is superior to the single combined chemotherapy in treating intermediate and advanced carcinoma of esaphagus.
