外国公司参与我国产业竞争中知识产权因素考量——以汽车产业为例 被引量：2

摘要 在国际垂直专业化分工的背景下,知识产权在外国公司对我国产业实施控制以及利润转移过程中发挥了至关重要的作用。以汽车行业为例:外国汽车公司凭借技术优势和品牌优势,在没有转移核心技术的前提下,以技术转让的形式控制了我国汽车产业的很大份额,并以技术转让费、零部件供应等形式从我国取得巨额利润。应对当前的外贸统计方法、以技术换市场的理念以及"技术引进"还是"产品引进"等问题进行反思。
