摘要
目的:通过不同的附子饮片与甘草进行不同比例的配伍,找出配伍后附子对甘草中甘草总皂苷的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,对3种不同的附子饮片与甘草进行不同比例的配伍共煎后甘草总皂苷的变化规律进行定性和定量的研究。结果:附子配伍甘草共煎后甘草总皂苷的含量明显下降,下降的幅度与附子量成正比。结论:附子配伍甘草后,会显著影响甘草中甘草总皂苷的含量。
Objective:To find out the contents of glycyrrhizin,in variety displine after the compatibility by aconite compatibility.Methods:use UV find out the the changes of qualitative and quantitative after the compatibility of Radix Aconite Laterailis Preparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Results:after the compatibility of Radix Aconite Laterailis Preparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae the content of glycyrrhizin,s increased,the amount of increase is proportional about the Radix Aconite Laterailis Preparata.Conclusion:after the compatibility of Radix Aconite Laterailis Preparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae,Can significantly affect glycyrrhizin,s content.
