摘要 2006年,铁道部决定实施铁路客运专线无砟轨道技术再创新工程,建设武广高速铁路武汉综合试验段,对无砟轨道成套技术进行再创新。在设计理论、结构设计、制造工艺、轨道部件及工程材料、施工装备、铺设工艺、高速无砟道岔等方面进行系统研究和优化完善,丰富完善无砟轨道技术。本文较系统地阐述了无砟轨道技术再创新研究与实践,介绍了主要研究内容、重要创新成果、实车试验,提出了无砟轨道工程质量控制的意见和建议,论述了无砟轨道技术持续创新的想法。 In 2006, Ministry of Railways decided to implement the technical recreation project of ballastless track for passenger dedicated line and the Wuhan comprehensive experimental section of Wuhan -Guangzhou High -speed Railway was built for recreation of complete set of ballastless track technology. Therefore, the researches were done on the theoretical design, structure design, fabrication process, track components, construction materials, construction equipments, track laying out technology and turnout for ballastless track to enrich and improve the ballastless track technology. This paper systematically describes the recreation and practice of ballastless track technology, gives an introduction to the main research contents, main recreative achievements and train tests, puts forward the the advices and suggestions on the quality control of the ballastless track engineering, and expresses the ideas on the continuous recreation of hallstless track technology.
