Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention of Residual Gallbladder Disease after Cholecystectomy

目的 探讨胆囊切除术后残余胆囊的诊治及预防措施,以减少发生率.方法 对31例胆囊切除术后残余胆囊的病例资料进行回顾性分析.结果 术前B超、MRCP、ERCP可明确诊断,31例均手术治疗,疗效满意.结论 重视胆囊切除是预防该病的关键,再次手术切除是治疗该病的有效方法.

Objective To explore the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of residual gallbladder disease after cholecystectomy,and to reduce the incidence rate of residual gallbladder disease. Method The clinical data of 31 patients with the residual gallbladder disease after cholecystectomy were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Results A definitive diagnosis could be made by type-B ultrasound, MRCP and ERCP preoperatively.Surgical procedure was performed in all of these 31 patients,and all these procedures had good therapeutic effects. Conclusions It is essential that cholecystectomy should be highly emphasized to avoid the problem.Surgery is the effective treatment for this disease.
