摘要
目的 探讨显示臂丛节后神经的较理想的MR检查序列.方法 采用1.5T MRI对30名健康志愿者行双侧臂丛神经冠状面扫描,三种序列分别为T 2/FSE序列、STIR序列、T2/FSE/FAST,各序列所用层厚、层间距及扫描范围均相同.由两位高年资MR诊断医师和一位MR技师根据所得图像评估每一序列对正常臂丛节后神经的显示情况.结果 三种序列均能显示臂丛节后神经,T2/FSE/FAST序列优于T 2/FSE和STIR序列(χ^2=12.38, P〈0.05;χ2=9.32,P〈0.05),而T 2/FSE、STIR二种序列显示臂丛节后神经相当( χ^2=0.268,P〉0.05).结论 T2/FSE/FAST是显示臂丛节后神经较满意的序列.
Objective To explore the ideal MR sequence in displaying post-ganglion brachial plexus. Methods Thirty healthy volunteers were examined by 1.5T MRI with bilateral brachial plexus coronal scan.Three MR sequences were T2/FSE sequences,STIR sequences and T2/FSE/FAST.These sequences were used in same slice thickness, spacing and scanning range.Two longevity MR physician diagnoses and one MR technician evaluated each sequence on the normal display of post-ganglion brachial plexus by images. Results All these three kinds of sequences are able to show post-ganglion brachial plexus,T2/FSE/FAST sequence is better than T2/FSE and STIR sequence ( X^ 2=12.38,P〈0.05; X^2=9.32,P〈0.05 ),while the T2/FSE and STIR sequence show post-ganglion brachial plexus were considerable( X^ 2 =0.268,P〉0.05). Conclusion Tz/FSE/FAST is the ideal sequence to show post-ganglion brachial plexus.
