摘要
目的:探讨可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)在多发性硬化(MS)发病机理中的作用及其临床意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对44例MS患者脑脊液sIL-2R水平进行了检测。结果:MS组脑脊液sIL-2R水平显著高于正常对照组,脑脊液sIL-2R水平变化与MS患者疾病活动状态及病残程度密切相关。结论:MS患者体内T淋巴细胞处于活化状态,sIL-2R在MS发病机理中发挥着重要作用,检测脑脊液sIL-2R水平对判断MS病情及疾病状态、指导MS治疗有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the pathogenetic role of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) and its clinical significance in multiple sclerosis (MS).Methods:The sIL 2R levels in CSF were tested by ELISA in 44 patients with MS.Results:The sIL 2R levels in CSF of MS group were significantly higher than those of controls group.The variation of CSF sIL 2R levels were related to disease activity and disability degree of patients with MS.Conclusion:T Iymphocyte is activated in patients with MS.sIL 2R plays an important role in the pathogenetic mechanism in the development of MS.The determination of CSF sIL 2R levels would be useful in determination disease severity,disease activity and monitoring therapy of MS.
