高血压脑出血血肿清除术后影响血压变化的因素

Factors affecting the change in blood pressure after evacuation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的：探讨影响高血压脑出血血肿清除术后血压变化的因素。方法：对６５例高血压脑出血血肿清除术的临床资料采用多因素逐步回归法进行统计学处理。结果：与术后收缩压有关的自变量为：年龄、出血破入脑室、小脑出血、术前收缩压等，且为正相关。与术后舒张压有关的自变量为：小脑出血、出血破入脑室、基底节内侧型、术前舒张压，为正相关。结论：下列情况易出现高血压脑出血血肿清除术后的血压波动：（１）年龄＜５５岁；（２）术前血压较高的；（３）出血破入脑室；（４）小脑出血；（５）基底节内侧型出血者。

Objective:To study the factor that affect the change in blood pressure after evacuation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Mothed:The clinical material of 65 cases was studied with multiple varieties stepwise regression.Results:Postoperative systolic pressure was positively correlated with following factors age ,intraventricular hemorrhage,cerebellar hemorrhage,preoperative systolic pressure.Postoperative diastolic pressure was positively correlated with following factors cercbellar hemorrhage intraventricular hemorrhage,medial basal ganglia hemrrhage,preoperative diastolic pressure.Conclusion:The change in blood pressure after evacuation of hypertensive intracerebral himorrhage was affected by following factor: age(<55years);higher preoperative systolic presure and perpoperative diastolic perssure;intraventricular hemorrhage,cerebellar hemorrhage and medial basal ganglia hemorrhage.
