摘要
手性炔丙醇是合成许多天然产物和药物的重要中间体.报道了手性联萘酚催化辛炔与苯甲醛的不对称炔基锌加成反应,在室温下产物产率为91%,对映体过量为53%,为脂肪炔丙醇的对映选择性合成提供了一个新的方法.
Chiral propargyl alcohol is an important intermediate for syntheses of many natural products and pharmaceutical compounds. Enantioselective 1Octyne addition to benzaldehyde catalyzed by chiral 1,1′bi2naphthol(BINOL) is first reported. In this addition, the yield is 91% at room temperature the enantio morph excess is 53%, which gives a new methods for enantioselective synthesis of aliphatic propargyl alcohol.
