摘要
将无线传感器网络应用于电机轴的应变力测量,解决电机轴为旋转部件,不易进行有线的测量的问题。因此在设计网络系统是就要考虑以上的问题,设计出适合电机轴应变力监测的无线传感器网络。在设计过程中,硬件上开发了新的传感器节点,采用差动桥进行应变力的采集。在协议上根据应变力监测的特点,采用轮询机制。最后通过对现场实际采集的数据分析,有效得出了电机轴应变的曲线。
The application of wireless sensor network in the strain force measurement,which can solve the problem which can not wired monitoring of the motor shaft as the rotating parts.Therefore considered the above problems,it will develop the wireless sensor network suitable for monitoring motor shaft.In the designed process,it adopted the differential bridge in the new sensor node developing.In the software protocol,it adopted the polling mechanism.Finally,according to the data collected in the industrial field,it obtained the motor shaft strain curve.
