基于AT89C52的立轴风机控制系统设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型的立轴风机集风装置,提出了基于AT89C52为微控制器的立轴风机控制方案。该方案利用安装在风机转轴顶端的速度传感器实时监测风速的变化,通过扇叶转动轴及风机转轴上的旋转位置角编码器,检测扇叶、风向及风机转轴转动的角度,依靠控制算法实现风机的最大风能利用效率,使用RS232串行通讯和上位机的信息交换,实现对立轴风机的数据监控。实验结果表明,该控制方案能够满足控制性能的要求。 The article introduced a new-type VAWT wind-drive device,and proposed a kind of VAWT control scheme basing on AT89C52.The scheme maked use of wind speed tranducers which installed at the top of VAWT ’ rotary axises and could real-time monitor wind speed change,Via installing rotary position angular encoder in the fan rotary axis and in the anemometer revolution axis,it could check the angle of the fans,the angle of the wind direction and the angle of the rotary axis,depending on the control algorithm to make it possible to make use of the higher efficiency wind energy.It also utilized the RS232 serial communication exchangeing data with the Host computer,achieving the VAWT’ data monitor.The experimental result indicates that the control scheme can satisfy the demand of the VAWT performance.
