摘要 本文将计算机组态技术和机械手PLC控制系统结合起来,通过分析机械手的基本结构及其控制要求完成了PLC控制系统的程序编制,以及与组态软件的通信设计,并以组态王软件作为用户操作环境,最终实现了对机械手PLC控制系统的可视化图形组态和虚拟实验技术。开发的虚拟机械手系统界面直观明了,内容丰富。既能真实地表现实际机械手控制系统的工作过程,同时又可以对控制过程进行调试。该系统具有功能全、成本低、效率高、可扩展性和开发性强、工程实用性强且动画画面直观、生动、形象等优点,能广泛的应用于PLC控制的机械手的实验教学和工业现场的远程监控中。 By analyzing the basic structure and the control requirements of the manipulator,this paper finished the programming of PLC control system and on the basis of combining the computer configuration technology with the manipulator PLC control system,completed the communication in the configuration software and eventually accomplished the visual graphics configuration and the virtual experiments for the manipulator PLC control system in the Kingview. The developed virtual manipulator system has a brief and clear interface and plentiful functions which can actually represent the control process of a true manipulator and in the mean time operators can debug the control process. This virtual manipulator system has the following features:full-function,low-cost,high-efficiency,strong-extensibility,strong-practicability and having an intuitionistic and graphic interface and so on. It can be widely applied to the experimental teaching of the PLC control manipulator and the remote monitoring in industry site.
